If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged
The product is defective
You received the wrong item
Note: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags included.
Once your return is picked up and inspected, here’s how refunds work:
Prepaid orders → Refunded to your original payment method
COD orders → Refunded to your bank/UPI after pick-up confirmation
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the item.
Return pickup availability depends on your pincode.
If pickup is not available, we may request you to ship the item back to us.
For hygiene & safety reasons, the following may not be returnable:
Socks, innerwear, wellness items once opened
Items explicitly marked as non-returnable
Used or damaged items not caused during delivery
