Refund Policy

Marvel Store – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order.
If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Note: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags included.


💳 Refund Process

Once your return is picked up and inspected, here’s how refunds work:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to your original payment method

  • COD orders → Refunded to your bank/UPI after pick-up confirmation

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the item.


🚚 Return Pickup

Return pickup availability depends on your pincode.
If pickup is not available, we may request you to ship the item back to us.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene & safety reasons, the following may not be returnable:

  • Socks, innerwear, wellness items once opened

  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable

  • Used or damaged items not caused during delivery


📩 How to Request a Return

Email us at marvelstore@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

Our support team will guide you step-by-step.


⚠️ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
